This form uses a post-to-itself method. I developed this about two years ago when I needed a simple contact page for my site. This form reposts to itself upon submit without having to use other testing .php pages, which is very convenient. I have been providing this form or an adapted version, upon request for many buyers on RentACoder and figured I would place it here if anyone would like to use it or learn from it. This is a dummy site that I created recently for my fiance's intro to web design course. She needed help and I figured it would be a great way to start off with a really different look than the Lozzi Solutions color scheme. The name of the site was her idea, and some content such as nutrition matters and resources was also her idea. The rest is my creation and I tried to give it a feminine look for her, and she was no doubt happy with the end result... so was her instructor.
